Details of the Job/Internship
Resolute Corp is hiring a Head of Legal Affairs with at least 15 years of progressive legal experience to join its leadership team in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence, title verification, and manage land acquisition, leasing, and disputes.
- Draft and review agreements related to land and property.
- Advise on corporate governance, statutory compliance, and company law matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MoUs, and other corporate documents.
- Manage revenue department compliance and serve as liaison with government and regulatory authorities.
- Represent the organization before government bodies.
- Advise management on business operations, new projects, and legal risks.
- Handle matters before NCLT and NCLAT.
Eligibility
- Law graduate (LLB/LLM) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 15 years of legal experience, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or corporate sectors.
- Experience with land/property, revenue, government liaison, and NCLT/NCLAT work.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
