Details of the Job/Internship

Earthz Urban Spaces Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Head of Legal Affairs to join their office in Vasant Vihar. This is a full-time, on-site role. The selected candidate will oversee all legal matters, ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, provide expert legal advice, and handle intellectual property and patent-related matters. The role involves managing legal documentation, leading contractual negotiations, and supporting various business units to ensure effective risk management and adherence to applicable legal frameworks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal matters of the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert legal advice across business functions.
• Manage intellectual property and patent-related issues.
• Supervise legal documentation and lead contractual negotiations.
• Support business units in risk management and compliance with legal frameworks.

Eligibility

• Thorough knowledge of law with the ability to provide precise and professional legal advice.
• Expertise in corporate governance, including compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
• Understanding of intellectual property and patent law with experience handling related matters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) is required; a Master’s degree or specialisation in Corporate or Intellectual Property Law is an advantage.
• Knowledge of litigation matters.
• Proven experience in corporate legal management, preferably in the real estate or infrastructure sector.
