Details of the Job/Internship

Alphastream.ai is hiring for the position of Head of Legal Credit Research & Delivery with experience of 8-12 years to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Take ultimate responsibility for the quality and accuracy of legal credit data delivered to clients.
• Collaborate with the tech, product, and data science teams to iteratively improve AI models, turnaround times, and accuracy levels of the Legal Credit Research team.
• Develop a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assist in creating new taxonomies and processing new types of legal credit-related documents.
• Hire, train, and manage legal and credit analysts to support operational goals and uphold the highest standards of quality.

Eligibility

• Experience: 8–12 years of legal experience in the credit-area, with at least 3 years in a management role. Experience of Covenants is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Collaboration: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to improve processes and outcomes.
