Balajiie Law Chambers is hiring for the position of Head of Legal Department with experience of 3 years to join their Kolkata office. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Head of the Legal Department will be responsible for overseeing all legal functions within the organization, providing legal consulting, ensuring legal compliance, preparing legal documents, representing the client in Courts and Tribunals, and handling all legal issues. 

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years Experience as an Advocate.
• Expertise in Law and Legal Compliance.
• Experience in Legal Consulting.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation.
• Ability to effectively address Legal Issues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
