Details of the Job/Internship

Revolut India is hiring a Head of Legal-LT Bank with experience of 8+ years to join their office Online.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advising the LT Bank on legal and regulatory issues surrounding its operations.
• Helping structure and expand Revolute's products and managing applications and/or communications with the BoL and ECB.
• Identifying, assessing, monitoring, managing, and reporting on compliance risk with banking products.
• Liaising with specialist external counsel, and distilling and coordinating advice for senior management and non-legal audiences.
• Excelling at leadership while also undertaking exceptional work to handle significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times.
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising internal stakeholders.
• Serving as lead counsel on strategic deals, resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
• Providing time-sensitive support on a wide array of legal inquiries concerning all aspects of your country’s operations.

Eligibility

• 8+ years of PQE experience.
• A master’s degree or equivalent in law.
• Great academic and law firm credentials.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian with excellent communication skills.
• To keep your composure under pressure.
• A collaborative mindset.
• Confidence in making decisions where there’s ambiguity or incomplete information.
• To excel at leadership while also getting hands-on.
• The ability to handle significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with complex transaction management.
• To thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, entrepreneurial environment.
