The product will make it easy for a home buyer/ owner/ lawyer to get legal details about their property from a few clicks. More importantly, the information will be very simple so that the user can take informed decisions about the transactions.

Maatrum Technologies is hiring a Head of Legal Operations to join them in their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- The successful applicant shall be responsible for legal vetting, drafting, and legal services works of the Company.
- Handling paralegal work with the team.
- Handle registration activities, search reports & MODT Registration.
- Generate Search Reports MRO / SRO level.
- Recruiting consultant advocates.
- Team Handling.
- Need to have a strong network of advocates.
- Applicants should be outwardly mobile. Should be willing to work with various public offices in related fields.
- Property related vetting.
- Drafting of property-related documents.
- Collection and verification of property documents.
Eligibility
- PQE: 10 year(s).
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) Land, Real estate Property Portfolio.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banking/NBFC, Developer, Law Firm, Real Estate.
- Bachelor’s OR Master of Law (LLB/ LLM).
- Applicants should have excellent command over both English and Kannada, (read, write, speak).
- Applicants should be skilled and confident in computers and use of the basic applications.
- Self-motivated individuals and able to work independently with minimum guidance.
- Successful candidates should be willing and available for immediate recruitment and quick joining.
