Details of the Job/Internship
Anvi Exim is hiring a Legal Representative with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their office in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the registration, renewal, and enforcement of trademarks in India and abroad.
- Draft and enforce employee bonds, NDAs, and other employment-related agreements.
- Redesign and update internal company policies and procedures in line with current laws.
- Review and ensure legal compliance of commercial documents including invoices, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and contracts related to export-import operations.
- Support audits for BRCGS, ISO 22000, and ZED Gold certifications.
- Represent the company and its directors in legal proceedings at various judicial forums including the High Court.
- Advise senior management on legal risks, compliance matters, and corporate governance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required.
- Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional legal experience with proven litigation experience in High Court.
Salary/Stipend
