 Balasore Alloys Limited is hiring for the position of Head of Legal with 15+ years of experience to join their office in Baleswar.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal functions related to mining operations and project execution
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, leases, and project agreements
• Ensure compliance with mining, environmental, labour, and safety regulations
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation management and dispute resolution
• Liaise effectively with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and external counsel

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification legal experience
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in mining, infrastructure, or large-scale industrial projects is highly desirable

Salary/Stipend
