Details of the Job/Internship

Balasore Alloys Limited is hiring a Head of Legal with 10–20 years of experience for a full-time remote position.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal compliance and legal consulting.
• Legal document preparation.
• Addressing legal issues on a day-to-day basis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LLB or JD) from a recognized institution; admission to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to balance legal risk with commercial priorities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in the metals or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• LLM or JD degree in Law preferred.

Salary/Stipend
