Hunarstreet Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring a legal head with 3+ years of experience to join them in Chandigarh office. 

Role and Responsibilities

•  Manage trademarks and Intellectual Property (IP) portfolios.
• Conduct trademark searches, registrations, and handle opposition procedures.
• Draft and file legal documents related to trademarks, designs, and copyrights.
• Handle rectification proceedings, injunction matters, and cease & desist notices.
• Ensure compliance with IP laws and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Collaborate with teams to address IP-related challenges.

Eligibility

• Law graduate from a recognized university.
• 3+ years of experience in trademarks and IP.
• Strong expertise in trademark journals, affidavits, and opposition rocesses.
• Superior drafting and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments independently.

Salary/Stipend
