Details of the Job/Internship
Latinem India is hiring a Senior General Manager – Legal with extensive international exposure to join their Global Capability Centre.
Role and Responsibilities
- Leading legal strategy for real estate development, leasing, acquisitions, and divestments across the Middle East, the US, Europe, and APAC.
- Managing cross-border contracts, joint ventures, SPVs, and international transactions.
- Overseeing property due diligence, land acquisition, title verification, and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with RERA, local laws, and international regulatory frameworks.
- Handling disputes, arbitration, and litigation with global external counsel.
- Advising CXOs and global leadership on legal risk, governance, and compliance.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a reputed institution and a certified Company Secretary.
- Extensive legal leadership experience in GCC, GBS, or Pharmaceuticals.
- Hands-on exposure to legal frameworks in India, the Middle East, the US, Europe, and APAC.
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to partner with the Board, CXOs, and international stakeholders.
