Maatrum Technologies is hiring for the position of a Head of Legal with 10+ years of experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft comprehensive title opinions using the Maatrum platform.
- Collaborate with clients to understand policy requirements and ensure timely report delivery.
- Work with Operations and Tech Teams to improve Turnaround Time (TAT) and streamline processes.
- Ensure reports meet clients’ credit policies and Maatrum’s quality standards.
- Provide proactive solutions to challenges faced during the legal opinion process.
Eligibility
- Minimum 10+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in Land and Real Estate Property Portfolio.
- Relevant experience in Banking/NBFC, Developer, Law Firm, or Real Estate sectors.
- Bachelor/Master of Law (LLB/LLM).
- Master’s in Law (LLM) from a reputed public university preferred.
