Details of the Job/Internship
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Legal at NXG Homes. The Head of Legal will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters and providing legal advice and guidance to the organization. This includes ensuring legal compliance, managing legal documents, handling legal issues, and providing legal consulting.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of Law and Legal Compliance.
- Experience in Legal Consulting and providing legal advice.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation.
- Ability to handle Legal Issues and disputes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in new land Parcels.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
