Oraiyan Groups is hiring a Head of Legal with 4+ years of experience in real estate to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal aspects of the company.
• Ensure legal compliance.
• Provide legal consulting and address legal issues.
• Prepare legal documents.
• Safeguard company interests and advise on legal risks.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in law and legal compliance.
• Experience in legal consulting and resolving legal issues.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
