Patil Group is hiring Head of Legal with the experience of 20+ year to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Contract Management.
• Litigation & Arbitration.
• Legal Advisory & Risk Management.
• Compliance & Governance.
• Dispute Resolution & Negotiation.
• Team Leadership & Coordination.

Eligibility

• Graduate in LLB/LLM (Master’s degree in law preferred).
• Minimum 20+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, regulatory frameworks, and arbitration procedures.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes litigation and legal advisory functions effectively.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in handling complex multi-jurisdictional legal issues is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
