Details of the Job/Internship

Ravi Group Builders & Developers is hiring for the position of Head of Legal to join their office in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

• Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent the organization in legal and revenue-related matters before various courts and authorities.
• Draft and review legal documents including Agreements, Power of Attorney (POAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and Legal Notices in both English and Marathi.
• Conduct scrutiny of property and revenue documents for land acquisitions and related transactions.
• File and manage applications under the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, Section 43.
• Coordinate with external advocates, survey and civic departments, and government bodies to ensure smooth handling of legal and compliance matters.
• Oversee and monitor all ongoing litigation, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
• Lead, guide, and mentor the in-house legal team, ensuring strong team performance and legal compliance.

Salary/Stipend
