Scalar Spaces is hiring a Head of Legal with over 8 years of experience in handling land matters and corporate legal issues to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on land acquisition, property development, and real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage litigation and disputes, coordinating with external counsel.
- Conduct due diligence on real estate and corporate transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and legal advisors.
- Oversee compliance programs and ensure statutory adherence.
- Mentor junior legal team members and promote professional development.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB); additional qualifications such as LLM or diploma in corporate law are an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in land matters and corporate law, preferably within the real estate industry.
