Details of the Job/Internship

Transformative Learning Solutions is hiring a Head of Legal with 12–18 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal leadership and strategic counsel on corporate and commercial matters.
• Guide product development, marketing materials, and approval processes across geographies.
• Review, negotiate, and ensure legality of major contracts and third-party agreements.
• Support M&A transactions, restructures, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage legal documentation and negotiations for technical service and consultancy agreements.
• Handle litigation, settlements, and IP enforcement programs.
• Act as Company Secretary and oversee corporate governance.
• Liaise with external legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
• Conduct legal trainings for non-legal teams.
• Foster ethical behavior and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized university; admitted to practice in India.
• 12–18 years of post-qualification experience in private practice or in-house (preferably both).
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Proven experience in corporate and commercial legal counsel.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and compliance skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• FMCG sector experience is a plus.
