Details of the Job/Internship
TruKKer is hiring a Head of Legal with 10–12 years of legal experience to join their Bangalore office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise the CEO, Board, and Executive Team on legal matters.
- Lead legal risk management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and manage a high-performing legal team across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee commercial negotiations, vendor/client contracts, and strategic partnerships.
- Support M&A transactions, equity/debt fundraising, and group structuring.
- Ensure compliance across KSA, UAE, India, Turkey, and ADGM legal systems.
- Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.
- Implement and manage CLM tools and workflows.
- Supervise insurance coverage strategy and claims management.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a leading institution; LLM preferred.
- 10–12 years of legal experience in law firm and in-house roles.
- Prior experience as Head of Legal/General Counsel in a high-growth, cross-border company.
- Sector experience in logistics, tech, transportation, or supply chain.
- Familiarity with MENA, KSA, India, Turkey, and ADGM legal systems.
