Velnik India Limited is hiring a Head of Legal for its Indore office.

Role and Responsibilities

The Head of Legal will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters, ensuring legal compliance, providing legal consultations, and preparing legal documents. The role also involves addressing various legal issues and providing strategic legal advice to the company's management. The Head of Legal will work closely with internal departments to mitigate legal risks and ensure that the company's legal interests are protected.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Law and Legal Compliance.
• Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation.
• Ability to address and manage Legal Issues effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Experience within the FMCG industry is a plus.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree, and membership in good standing with the relevant legal bar association.
