Details of the Job/Internship
UNGENDER is looking for a Head of Operations – POSH Client Delivery with 5-7 years of experience to lead and scale our delivery function.
Role and Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding and client relationship management.
- Manage delivery timelines and quality across internal and external POSH consultants.
- Supervise POSH inquiries, advisory processes, and ensure legal compliance.
- Lead capacity-building initiatives and training programs for the POSH network.
- Collaborate with legal, product, and content teams to strengthen systems and delivery models.
- Develop and implement SOPs to streamline multi-stakeholder operations.
Eligibility
- 5–7 years of experience in operations, delivery management, or compliance functions.
- Legal, HR, or corporate compliance background preferred.
- Deep understanding of POSH Law in both theory and practical implementation.
- Proven ability to handle complex, multi-party assignments with tact and precision.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Strong organizational acumen and accountability mindset.
