Details of the Job/Internship

Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is hiring a Principal Associate to lead their Trademark and Copyright Prosecution (Non-Contentious) team at their Noida office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the trademark and copyright prosecution team.
• Oversee filing, maintenance, and enforcement of trademarks.
• Develop protection strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advise clients on registrations, portfolio management, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with external counsel globally.
• Monitor legal developments and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams on brand protection.
• Manage departmental resources and budgets efficiently.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized university.
• Prior experience in a law firm managing non-contentious trademark and copyright matters.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Confidence in client engagement, business strategy, and team management.

Salary/Stipend
