Details of the Job/Internship
Sula Vineyards is hiring a Head – Legal and Compliance with 10+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel to senior leadership aligning with business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Alco-Bev industry regulations, filings, and approvals.
- Manage corporate governance, statutory compliance, and contract management.
- Handle litigation and dispute resolution; coordinate with external counsel.
- Oversee legal aspects of land acquisition, leasing, and property laws.
- Identify legal risks and ensure adherence to internal policies and ethical standards.
- Engage with regulators, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
Eligibility
- LLB with 10+ years of experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or Alco-Bev industry.
- Strong knowledge in regulatory compliance, governance, and dispute resolution.
- Proficient in English and Marathi (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel to Nashik and other locations as required.
