Details of the Job/Internship
TERES is hiring a Hearing Manager with 3–6 years of experience to plan, coordinate, and execute arbitration hearings. The role requires expertise in event management along with strong operational, technical, and people skills to ensure seamless client experiences during hearings.
Role and Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate hearings, including timelines, resources, and AV requirements.
- Oversee setup of AV/IT infrastructure (screens, microphones, recording, hybrid tools).
- Ensure smooth logistics, including venue readiness, participant onboarding, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
- Manage digital bundles, transcripts, and exhibits securely.
- Lead and coordinate AV operators, freelancers, and support staff.
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients during hearings.
- Maintain compliance with confidentiality, data security, and legal standards.
- Report on hearings, collect feedback, and recommend improvements.
Eligibility
- Graduate degree in Law, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in event management, arbitration support, or corporate events.
- Familiarity with AV/IT setups for professional events is an advantage.
- Strong planning, communication, interpersonal, and hospitality skills.
- Ability to manage teams, vendors, and freelancers effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with calmness under pressure.
- Commitment to confidentiality and data security.
