Prakhar Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a HOD-Law with 6+ years of experience to join them in Ahmedabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership and oversee the overall functioning of the Law Department.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies and curricula to enhance legal education.
- Mentor and guide faculty members to achieve academic and professional excellence.
- Drive student success by ensuring high-quality instruction and holistic development.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment for faculty, staff, and students.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies.
- Lead initiatives to promote research, publications, and participation in academic conferences.
- Build strong industry and academic partnerships to enhance opportunities for students and faculty.
- Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
Eligibility
- Educational Requirements:
- Master of Laws (LLM) with 6+ years of post-qualification experience, OR
- PhD in Law with 4+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven leadership and management experience in an academic setting, particularly in legal education.
- Demonstrated expertise in legal principles and a strong academic record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor faculty and students.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
