Beat Educations is hiring for the position of HR faculty -GCC Labour Law with 2 years of experience to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver online classes focused on GCC Labour Laws and HR practices.
• Develop simplified and application-oriented course content.
• Integrate real-world Gulf HR scenarios to enhance learning.
• Provide student support, including doubt resolution and feedback.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in HR roles or academic teaching/training.
• Strong grasp of GCC Labour Law and HR regulations.
• Proficient in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
• Comfortable using online teaching tools like Zoom, Google Meet, etc.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
