BPTP Limited is hiring for the position of HRERA-Legal to join their office in Noida.
The HRERA Legal Specialist will be responsible for managing all legal and regulatory compliance matters related to the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA). This position involves providing legal support to ensure that the real estate development projects meet the requirements of HRERA regulations, ensuring smooth project approvals, and addressing any legal issues related to project marketing, sale, and customer relations.
Role and Responsibilities
- HRERA Compliance: Ensure that all real estate projects meet the requirements of HRERA, including registration of projects, updates, and compliance with relevant laws.
- Legal Documentation: Prepare and maintain legal documents related to HRERA including project registration, agreements, disclosures, and other mandatory filings.
- Liaison with HRERA Authorities: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and HRERA for all regulatory matters.
- Customer Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any customer complaints or disputes related to HRERA guidelines.
- Regulatory Updates: Keep abreast of the latest HRERA regulations, amendments, and real estate laws, and ensure the company’s policies and procedures are aligned accordingly.
- Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks related to project development, marketing, and sales processes, and advise senior management on mitigation strategies.
- Training & Awareness: Conduct internal workshops or training sessions on HRERA regulations for the project teams, sales teams, and senior management.
Eligibility
- LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of HRERA regulations, the RERA Act, real estate laws, and legal documentation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex legal tasks.
- Ability to interact with government authorities, clients, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- LLB/LLM or additional certifications in real estate law or HRERA compliance.
- Experience working in a real estate development company or with HRERA regulatory bodies.
