Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring a Legal Faculty to teach and prepare students for the Supreme Court AOR Examination. The role is full-time, work-from-home, with a 5-day working week and flexible hours. The position offers up to ₹66,000 gross salary.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct 5–6 classes per week.
• Create study materials and course content.
• Provide student assistance and doubt clearing.
• Prepare candidates for the AOR Examination.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5+ years of legal practice (Supreme Court practice preferred).
• Expertise in civil litigation, procedural law, and drafting.
• Ability to teach a comprehensive litigation curriculum covering pleadings, appeals, evidence, and Supreme Court practice.
• Hands-on experience in drafting pleadings, legal opinions, SLPs, writ petitions, transfer petitions, appeals, execution petitions, interlocutory applications, legal notices, summary suits, evidence affidavits, RTI applications, and handling matters under the Specific Relief Act, Commercial Courts Act, and Limitation Act.
