Details of the Job/Internship

India Lawshield is hiring a Freelance Lawyer with experience of to join their office in Remote. This is a full-time remote role. The Freelance Lawyer will provide legal consultations, draft legal documents, review contracts, and represent clients in dispute resolution matters. The role also involves conducting legal research, advising on regulatory compliance, and collaborating with clients and the internal team to deliver high-quality legal services. Efficient communication and strict adherence to deadlines are essential for this position.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal consultations to clients.
• Draft legal documents and review contracts.
• Represent clients in dispute resolution processes.
• Conduct legal research and offer regulatory compliance advice.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain effective communication and adhere to deadlines.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in legal drafting, contract review, and document preparation.
• Experience in legal research and regulatory compliance advisory.
• Strong dispute resolution and client representation skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and a valid license to practice in India.
• Prior experience with technology-driven legal service platforms is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
