Details of the Job/Internship
Tech Mahindra is hiring In-House Counsels with 3-5 years of experience to join their legal team in Noida/Pune. The role involves reviewing legal contracts, ensuring compliance with group standards, and staying updated on legislative changes impacting the company.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review legal contracts including MSA, RFP, DPA, vendor agreements, NDA, and license agreements.
- Ensure legal documents align with group standards and policies to safeguard company interests.
- Stay updated on legislative changes that could impact the company and its affiliates.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a reputable college/university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as in-house counsel with similar responsibilities.
- Proficient in managing communications with internal departments.
- Skilled in fostering collaboration with internal teams and law firms.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects.
- Self-motivated with a strategic and execution-oriented approach.
