They are inviting motivated Interns and CA Article Assistants to join their growing practice. If you're seeking diverse, hands-on exposure across GST, Income Tax, Company Law, Audit, Financial Analytics, and Tech-led Compliance, this is your opportunity to build a solid professional foundation.
Duration:
- Interns: Minimum commitment of 6 months
- Articles: Engagement period of 1 to 3 years, as applicable
Certificate:
Internship / Articleship Completion Certificate will be issued only to candidates who complete a minimum of 6 months of training successfully
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage Income Tax filings for individuals, firms, and companies.
- Conduct ITR analytics, assist in tax assessments, and support during audits.
- Prepare and file ROC/MCA compliance documents such as AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR KYC, etc.
- Draft board resolutions, minutes, and other secretarial documents.
- Follow up with regulatory authorities for compliance closures.
- Assist in legal drafting, research, and client/business communication efforts.
- GST, Income Tax, and ROC Compliance.
- Audit documentation and balance sheet preparation.
- Legal and regulatory drafting.
- Financial and tax analytics.
- Proficiency in tools such as Tally, Excel, GSTN/MCA/IT portals, and Google Workspace.
- Exposure to the basics of tech automation and AI integration in professional workflows.
Eligibility
- Are keen to specialize in taxation, legal, and regulatory compliance.
- Enjoy detailed documentation, research, and structured workflows.
- Possess strong analytical and writing skills.
- Are self-motivated, eager to learn, and looking to build expertise in Income Tax and Company Law.
- Are comfortable working in a hybrid or remote-friendly setup with task accountability.
- Hybrid/Remote work model supported by a robust, integrity-driven task tracking system.
- Access to structured SOPs, templates, and internal review mechanisms—all designed to enhance learning and execution.
- Flexible work hours, with a strong emphasis on punctuality and task discipline.
- Occasional in-person visits to clients or government departments may be required, based on assignment needs.
- Primarily remote work model.
- Candidates from South Delhi, Faridabad, Ballabgarh may be considered for a physical/hybrid role with occasional office/client visits.
