Details of the Job/Internship

 Prometheus Consulting Services is hiring for the position of Legal - IR Housing - Litigation - Civil Cases Writer to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinating Court matters pertaining to the Housing colony end-to-end process.
• Keeping an end-to-end track of housing-related Court cases.
• Appearing on behalf of the company in housing-related matters.
• Keeping track of ongoing and new matters dates.
• Should have good drafting skills in English and Marathi languages. 
• Coordinating/discussing with advocates/ legal consultants on housing court matters, deciding the stand of the company, ensuring preparations for hearings, participating, etc.
• Replies to notices on behalf of the company.
• Explaining matters to seniors.
• Awareness about Companies Acts.
• Handling land and revenue matters, housing/ company quarters matters, experience/ knowledge of court procedures, etc.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have experience of 8-10 Years.
• Handling Civil Cases, Court Appearance, Legal Notice, Legal Drafting
