Details of the Job/Internship
Elevate is hiring a Litigation Coordinator with 2+ years of experience to work with the Med Legal Sales and Delivery team. This is a remote-based role with an hourly rate of $25.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate calendar and expert scheduling of Medical Bill Review (MBR) Experts.
- Participate in DRM workflow through scheduling and obtaining documentation critical to protecting testifying experts.
- Provide document coordination, including assembling and delivering expert files for production before deposition testimony.
- Provide ad hoc support for the Litigation Coordination Team and MBR Experts.
- Participate in weekly rhythm meetings.
- Process MBR Expert correspondence, including testimony notices and depositions.
- Manage the Litigation Coordination inbox and respond to email requests on behalf of contracted MBR Experts.
- Assist with the production of training and resource materials for Litigation Coordination.
Eligibility
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in a position of responsibility.
- Associate degree or relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback.
- High energy, engaging, and outgoing personality.
