SAGE ACADEMY is hiring for the position of Human Resource Manager - Compliance to join their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
The role involves ensuring compliance with HR and legal regulations: EPF, ESI, LWF, CLRA, BOCW, Minimum Wages, POSH, etc. and conducting HR audits.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of HR policies and statutory compliances.
- Experience in CLRA Audit.
- Strong understanding of Labour Laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Previous experience in HR compliance roles.
