Advocate Atul Sharma is looking for a candidate for the position of Human Resources Policy Advisor to join them at their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Human Resources Policy Advisor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies.
- Daily tasks include managing employee relations, advising on labour and employment law, overseeing employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- The advisor will work closely with employees and management to foster a positive workplace environment.
Eligibility
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills.
- Employee Benefits and Employee Relations skills.
- Knowledge of Labour and Employment Law.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
- Relevant experience in a legal or corporate setting is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
