Details of the Job/Internship
LawSikho is hiring a Human Resources Intern for a full-time remote role. The intern will assist in HR operations, including drafting and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, supporting personnel management, collaborating on recruitment tasks, and participating in performance management and onboarding activities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in HR operations and policy implementation.
- Managing employee benefits and personnel records.
- Supporting recruitment activities including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Participating in performance management and onboarding processes.
- Fostering a positive workplace environment and collaborating with the HR team.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of HR principles, HR management, and HR policies.
- Understanding of employee benefits administration.
- Familiarity with personnel management practices.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR-related software is a plus.
