Details of the Job/Internship

ANM Global is hiring an IBC Associate with experience of 1+ year to join their office in Mumbai focusing on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). 

Role and Responsibilities

• You will collaborate with a team of seasoned professionals, contributing to significant insolvency and bankruptcy cases.
• The position demands strong legal drafting and analytical skills,along with the ability to navigate intricate legal issues.

Eligibility

• The ideal candidate shouldhave a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience and a strong foundation in IBC-relatedmatters.
• This role offers an opportunity to work on complex cases within a well-established legal frame work.
