It works closely with internal legal teams to handle dispute resolution and maintain high standards of sports governance.
Details of the Job/Internship
The All India Football Federation is hiring an IFL - Legal Secretary for a contractual period from March 12, 2026, to May 31, 2026.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the League Department.
- Draft, review, and process legal documentation, including club agreements, contracts, and NDAs.
- Coordinate with the AIFF Legal Team on regulatory compliance and contractual obligations.
- Assist in dispute resolution matters and the mitigation of legal risks.
- Maintain organized records of all league-related contracts and legal files.
- Assist in the interpretation and application of competition regulations and statutes.
- Manage professional legal correspondence with clubs, vendors, and partners.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sports law, corporate law, or a related legal field.
- Strong drafting and professional communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
