Details of the Job/Internship

Stitch Boat Immigration is hiring an Immigration Attorney specializing in US Law to lead strategies for complex visa categories in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and filing for diverse US visas, including H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, O-1, EB-1, and E-2.
• Provide high-level advisory services to clients regarding eligibility, compliance, and long-term immigration pathways.
• Prepare and review complex legal briefs, support letters, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFE).
• Oversee meticulous document preparation to ensure applications align with the latest federal regulations.
• Stay updated on shifting US immigration policies and global mobility trends to maintain the firm's leadership in the field.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of high-end talent and corporate clients.

Eligibility

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited US law school OR an equivalent LL.B./LL.M. from an Indian law school.
• State Bar admission in the US is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in handling EB-1, O-1, L-1, and E-2 cases with a high "win rate" for talent-based petitions.
• Exceptional legal research, analytical capabilities, and strong technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in case management software and remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from New Delhi and flexibility to work US timings.
