Details of the Job/Internship

T.P.L. Global is hiring for the position of Immigration Attorney to join their office in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct client intakes and gather necessary information.
• Collect supporting documents and evidence from clients.
• Draft applications, petitions, and legal submissions.
• Organize and finalize case files for USCIS and EOIR filings.
• Provide administrative and legal support as needed.

Eligibility

• Experienced in handling U.S. immigration matters (Family Petitions, U-Visas, Asylum, Naturalization, etc.).
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Professional, service-oriented, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
• Able to multitask, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Salary/Stipend
