Southwharf Corporate Services Pvt Ltd is hiring an Immigration Case Manager with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage visa application preparation, workflows, and deadlines.
- Supervise task completion by Case Assistants.
- Review and compile client documents as per submission standards.
- Populate application forms using verified client data.
- Maintain records in Migration Manager and Pipedrive.
- Draft procedural communication and document requests.
- Coordinate with clients for missing documentation.
- Support onboarding of Immigration Case Assistants.
- Finalize visa application files for legal review and closure.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in case preparation, visa services, or legal operations.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Australian migration processes is desirable.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and legal software like Migration Manager, Pipedrive.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
