Details of the Job/Internship
Tech Savvy Immigration is hiring for the position of Immigration Case Manager to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and track client immigration cases from initiation to completion.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date advice on visa processes and legal requirements.
- Prepare, review, and submit application documents in accordance with relevant immigration laws.
- Liaise with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing.
- Monitor application statuses and ensure all deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for each case.
- Support clients with queries and provide timely updates throughout the process.
Eligibility
- Solid understanding of immigration laws and application procedures.
- Proven experience in case management and client handling.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize under pressure.
- Proficiency in relevant software and case tracking tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in an immigration consultancy is a strong advantage.
