Details of the Job/Internship
Niyama Immigration is hiring for the position of Immigration Consultant-SALES to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on immigration pathways and visa options based on current laws and regulations.
- Conduct consultations to assess client eligibility and recommend personalized immigration solutions.
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate and complete visa applications.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and immigration authorities to ensure timely progress and follow-ups.
- Stay informed on the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with ICCRC and MARA registered agents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business development by converting leads into clients.
Eligibility
- Proven expertise in immigration processes and visa application management.
- Solid knowledge of immigration laws and global immigration policies.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to provide customized solutions.
- Experience in sales and client relationship management is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
