APICAL IMMIGRATION - EXPERTS PVT. LTD. is hiring for the position of Immigration Consultant to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Engagement:

• Proactively generate leads through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, WhatsApp follow-ups, social media outreach, and CRM reactivation.
• Engage with potential clients across multiple touchpoints to build rapport and trust.

Sales & Conversion:

• Convert inquiries into paid clients by delivering persuasive consultations on immigration solutions.
• Upsell related services such as IELTS/PTE coaching and skill assessment support.
• Maintain a high conversion rate, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets.

Client Consultation & Matching:

• Conduct thorough assessments of client profiles to match them with the most suitable immigration pathways, including Australia, Canada, Germany, and others.
• Create a sense of urgency and value in client interactions to facilitate faster decision-making and closure.

Client Satisfaction & Referral Generation:

• Deliver clear, honest guidance and set realistic expectations.
• Encourage client referrals by providing exceptional service and offering appropriate incentives.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in the immigration consultancy or study abroad industry is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving revenue targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital communication platforms
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and close deals efficiently

Salary/Stipend
