Chugh CPAs, LLP is hiring for the poition of Immigration Consultant to join their office in Chandigarh.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee immigration cases, including visa applications and petitions.
• Advise clients on immigration laws, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Draft, review, and submit immigration-related documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in global immigration regulations and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve immigration-related issues efficiently.
• Assist in developing and implementing internal immigration policies and best practices.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Immigration Studies, or a related field.
• Prior experience in an immigration-related role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of global immigration laws and policies.
• Familiarity with various types of visas and immigration documentation.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
