Details of the Job/Internship

Dream Flight LLC is hiring for the position of Immigration Consultant with 1-2 years of experience to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations to assess client eligibility across various immigration programs (PR, work permits, student visas, etc.).
• Provide clear and accurate guidance on visa categories, country-specific processes, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with internal legal and processing teams to ensure application accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain detailed client records and track leads via CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into applications.
• Stay informed on the latest immigration regulations and policy changes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention and referrals.
• Participate in online training sessions, regular team meetings, and performance reviews.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Law, International Relations, or related fields).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in immigration consulting or a similar client-facing role.

Skills:

• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Sales-driven with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Basic understanding of global immigration procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Google Meet, CRM platforms, and email communication.
• Traits: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing tasks independently.

Salary/Stipend
