Exxeella Global Edtech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Immigration Consultant with 1 year of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with immigration procedures, particularly for Canada and Australia, along with expertise in visiting visas.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate guidance and advice to clients regarding immigration options for Canada and Australia.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting immigration applications, ensuring all documents meet government standards.
• Handle visiting visa applications with knowledge of visa categories, requirements, and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policies, and regulations of Canada, Australia, and relevant visa categories.
• Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on application status.
• Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration consulting.
• Knowledge of Canadian and Australian immigration processes is mandatory.
• Experience with visiting visa applications for different countries.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple client applications simultaneously.
• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools.

Salary/Stipend
