Details of the Job/Internship

Giant Migration is hiring for the position of Immigration Consultant with  2-5 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Evaluate potential clients’ profiles and conduct initial eligibility assessments.
• Conduct consultations to explain immigration pathways, procedures, and associated costs.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Convert leads into clients through follow-ups, relationship building, and trust.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Engage in cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and build your pipeline.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Leverage social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for lead generation and engagement.
• Encourage referral business through consistent client satisfaction and support.

Eligibility

• 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in immigration, education consultancy, or related sectors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Confident and comfortable making cold calls and speaking with diverse clients.
• Ability to manage a lead database and prioritize follow-ups.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and social media platforms for business development.
• Energetic, proactive, and well-organized with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.

Salary/Stipend
