Immidart Technologies LLP is hiring an Immigration Consultant with experience of 6–8 years in global immigration operations to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions for product implementation and support activities.
• Understand client requirements and address their expectations.
• Elicit and organize business requirements from customers and document them.
• Analyze business processes of customers and design customer-specific functional solutions through the product.
• Recommend product enhancements in line with the product roadmap, immigration process changes, and customer expectations.
• Maintain complete documentation for all product-related activities.
• Track global immigration process changes and their impact on the application.
• Conduct quarterly reviews with clients and maintain client relationships.
• Provide training and support to clients on immigration processes and product usage.

Eligibility

• 6 to 8 years of experience in the field of global immigration operations.
• Experience with various immigration applications (e.g., visa processing systems).
• Knowledge of business visas, H1, L1, and ROW work permits.
• Preferred certifications in immigration law or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good in analytics, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• Efficient, methodical, and a team player.
• Good in documentation and specification skills.
• Proficient in computer basics (e.g., MS Office, immigration software).

Salary/Stipend
