Details of the Job/Internship

KAYA Immigration is hiring an Immigration Consultant with 1-5 years of experience to join them in their Pune office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up on new leads and referrals generated through fieldwork and marketing efforts.
• Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
• Support the Sales team by consulting with prospects, understanding their needs, and assisting in converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide personalized consultation services to potential clients regarding visa options, assessing their eligibility and suitability for different visa programs.
• Conduct consultations via email, phone, and in-person meetings, ensuring clear communication and a client-focused approach.

Eligibility

• Must have exceptional communication skills to confidently and clearly engage with clients exploring temporary, permanent, or investor visa options.
• A positive, client-first attitude and a fearless, solution-oriented approach to interactions are key.
• Strong intellectual capability paired with emotional intelligence to understand and address client concerns effectively.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years in a client-facing, consultative, or immigration-related role preferred.
